You are a sucky horn dawg!!!

FSt-Germain responds:

Thank you :)

This game is possibly the greatest thing I have ever played... It couldn't be better in any way. I would pay any price to buy. But I am thankful that it is free. And you are a good person for helping the children with their mathematics. PRAISE YOU SIR

Thank you so much for rating my game so low, it means a lot to me.
Ever since I was a child I dreamed of making high quality math games for the public. People say to me that doing such is impossible and call me retarded but I don't care, it's beautiful. I'm having a plastic surgeon install numbers on my face, and operations on my body. From now on I want you to call me "mathwizard69" and respect my right to make high quality math games from my desk and post them unfinished. Thank you for being so understanding.

Oh my...
I can not believe what I just played... It is so glorious that I can't even begin to comprehend what just happened. I actually fainted at the sight of each new level! My brother had to revive me so that I could continue to play. Which I'm glad he did because if he didn't, I wouldn't have been able to play this game 50 consecutive times... You are now my hero, and I am your #1 fan!!! I expect great games in the future from you, GREAT GAMES! But overall, I really enjoyed the game because I just couldn't stop playing. Level after level, I just couldn't stop. It's so addicting that after the 50th time, I had to throw my computer and get a new one. (This review is being written on a crappy desktop from the early 2000s)
But in all seriousness, FSt-Germain, I think I am not alone when I say this... Barriers 2 is possibly the greatest game ever made! Tom Fulp should make a 6th star just for you!!!
That is all...

yes

I really enjoyed playing this game. The art is really professional and the game really challenged me. Great job!

rbreve responds:

Thank you!

The game is just confusing, I didn't know, and still don't know what the objective was. More thought in game design and a bit more effort could make this cool because it is an interesting concept, running away from someone could be a nice original idea. Continue to improve and make games :)

This is a pretty cool game. It's challenging and really fun to play. I've seen this game concept before, but you put an awesome twist on it. The music is pretty catchy and the graphics do the trick. Overall, I really like this game. Very fun!

thank you David. Im working on making it more dynamic.

I think this is unreal! I loved it. The music goes great with the game play. It's really fun to play and I love how the screen shakes. I just like the overall concept. Great work!

Thank you! :D

I really like the story, I feel that it sets an awesome mood for the whole game. I found that it got really hard around the 3rd level. It was just the one monster that I couldn't get past! But maybe I'm just no good at this game :) I like the art style. But I think if you're going to go with that style, there should be a little more detail in the art/drawings. Overall I think is a pretty cool game and I hope you expand and make more levels.

Thank you very much for your review, this was a simple project for our college degree, but we might expand it and improve it if we have the time to do so! :)

I thought this was pretty good game. Although I've seen this game concept before, I like it. It pretty well put together game. If I were to fix anything, it would probably that after a while, the game becomes a little repetitive. Also, and this is a very minor thing, it took me a little while to get the game started. So maybe make it a little easier, maybe press a button or click on it. But that might just be me. Overall, better than most games I've been giving feed back on today.

I thought this was awesome! Even the name pumped me up! My high score was 18. I thought it was a pretty fun little game. At first I didn't really know how to play. I died over, and over, and over again until I figured out the controls... Maybe it's just me, but if there are any other people in this world like me maybe add a "how to play" in the game. I know it's in the authors comments, but it wasn't exactly the first place I looked. Overall, a pretty good game.

DUDE you ROCK :0)
Thanks for the encouraging comments!

I had thoughts of in-game instructions but I chose to go with as pure a look of 'Atari 5200' as I could manage. Indeed, the color pallet is wrong, the music is probably too layered, and well it's being played on computers that have more computing power in their [`~] key! But I do take your ideas to mind and for the next game I think I will implement this kind of control/instruction because it should be a challenge TO play, not figure out HOW to play.

~~~PEACE!
BTW, I scored a '12' earlier today!!!
